At KB Rugs, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering online. If the rug is not the right fit for your home, we make the return process simple.

Online Orders

KB Rugs offers 30-day free returns on eligible online orders.

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

• The rug must be unused and in the same condition it was received.

• There are no restocking fees.

• Clearance, final sale, custom order, and special order items are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide return instructions.

Free Return Shipping

For eligible online orders, KB Rugs will provide return instructions and help arrange the return.

Please contact us before shipping anything back so our team can guide you properly.

In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in-store, KB Rugs offers a 48-hour return policy.

To return an eligible in-store purchase, please contact one of our sales representatives or bring the rug back to our showroom within 48 hours of purchase.
